For the Powder Room I have chosen this black round penny tile for an accent wall with black grout. For the floor I chose this unique distressed looking tile. The fixtures in the room will be brass. (Scroll to the right)

The Characteristic Colonial is being built for a client/buyer. While the modern beach house is being built for sale.

Above is the inspiration for the full bathroom upstairs. The Fish scale tiles will be used for the shower walls and the round penny tiles will be for the built-in shower shelf. The porcelain wood tile will be installed on the floor. In this bathroom all fixtures will be black.
