PTK is a development and design company for custom renovations and new constructions. We concentrate on innovative designs and attention to detail. We are located on Long Island, New York. Check out our portfolio for our creations and inspirations.

HOW WE GOT STARTED.....

Growing up I was always told I had a creative mind; yet I chose a career in accounting. I shortly realized within four months in the field that I made a mistake in my career path. I started helping my husband with his residential developments and customizing each home. We noticed that most homes built by developers were "cookie cutters" and were lacking character.

Currently, we built homes for sale and for clients. My husband, Pavlo is the general contractor on all of our projects and I, Kasia design the interior of our homes and renovations.

PTK Development Group is a development and design company for custom renovations and new constructions. Check out our projects for innovative ideas and designs.

In our portfolio tab you will find our finished projects. Each project has its own folder. Every home deserves to have its own story and you can achieve that by giving your home a certain style and having that style flow throughout your home.

Our Before and After tab will bring you to some of our greatest room renovations. Any transformation is possible with the right budget, design and contractor. Some of our renovations are a total gut, while in others we try to restore the original character of the home.

The Current Project Tab will show you the process of one of our current new construction projects. Building a new home has many steps and even more hiccups. We will walk you through our process and give you details on each current step.
